Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor to join our new clinic setup at Karupur, Salem. The role blends clinical care with patient counseling, ensuring both effective treatment and meaningful engagement. You will be an integral part of outpatient services, preventive health initiatives, and daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient consultations, assess, diagnose, and manage cases as per clinical protocols.
• Deliver preventive health advice, lifestyle counseling, and wellness education.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, medication adherence, and follow-up care.
• Address patients concern empathy and clarity, fostering trust and comfort.
• Collaborate with nursing and paramedical teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Participate in community awareness programs and health camps conducted by the clinic.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records, adhering to compliance standards.
• Support clinic operations with flexibility, including extended hours or rotation duties during setup and growth phases.

Key Responsibilities

• MBBS with valid Medical Council registration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outpatient care or ward-based patient management.
• Strong clinical confidence and ability to engage patients effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for patient education, preventive care, and community health.
• Comfort with dynamic clinic environments and operational involvement.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications for clinical record-keeping.
