Valliappa Foundation brings quality education to the rural sector and the country's
unprivileged youth. In a similar capacity, Valliappa Foundation collaborates with
organizations and institutions to perform research to enhance basic education at all
levels, resulting in fair work opportunities for all eligible applicants.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
We make our refund and cancellation policy for donations collected for a social cause on
the payment gateway available as follows:
Any donor who makes an online donation through the online payment gateway will not be
eligible for a refund or cancellation of the amount donated. A gift for a good cause
cannot be refunded to the donor.
- Severability: In the event that any provision of the Terms shall, in whole or
in part, be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, such
determination shall affect only the portion of such provision determined to be
invalid, unenforceable or void, and shall not affect in any way the remainder of
such provision or any other provision of the Terms. Should any portion of this terms
and conditions be found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining

accordance with Indian laws.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute arising out of the terms or the
interpretation of this Agreement, and the parties are unable to resolve the dispute
through mutual discussion, the same shall be resolved through binding arbitration in
accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and
amendments thereto. The language of arbitration shall be English and the seat of
arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India.
