AR Calling Training Program

The Valliappa Foundation and the Tech Mahindra Foundation have announced an accounts receivable (AR) calling training program. This program is placement-based and offers a promising career trajectory in AR calling. In accordance with the Valliappa Foundation’s mission, the training will help youth acquire skills that will improve their employment opportunities.

AR is a rapidly growing field, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. AR professionals are responsible for following up on denial management, sending appeal letters to insurance, verifying information with patients, evaluating accounts, and performing credit balance audits.

The AR calling training program will teach participants about the basics of AR follow-up, insurance verification, communication, reasons for denials, recovery of payment, and the importance of proper coding.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates from Life Sciences are preferred, but any graduate can apply.
